Refund policy

All plants are final sale!

While we do our absolute best to ensure safe passage it is not always the case that they arrive happy and healthy. If you accepted your plants on the first delivery attempt and find that they did not survive the shipment, please supply us with a photo of the plants in their original packaging (within 12 hours of delivery) of the deceased and at our discretion, we will issue you a store credit or refund.
